Dlubal Academy stores small pieces of data in your browser — cookies and similar storage — so the site can work: they keep you signed in, remember your language and your layout choices. These are necessary and are used without consent, as the law allows. Anything beyond that — analytics or marketing — runs only after you allow it.
Categories
Necessary storage keeps the site working: sign-in, security, language, your consent choice and layout preferences. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) would help us understand how the Academy is used. Marketing cookies would let us measure campaigns and personalise advertising. Neither is set before you allow it in the cookie preferences.
Third parties and processors
Course and webinar videos are streamed from Bunny.net (EU), which processes your IP address to deliver the stream once you press play and sets no cookies. Payments run on a Stripe checkout page and signing in with Microsoft or Google happens on their own pages — their cookies live on their domains, not ours. Downloads are served from Hetzner object storage. Full details are in the privacy policy.
Your choices
You can change or revoke your consent at any time under Cookie settings in the menu; revoking analytics also deletes the Google Analytics cookies. We keep a record of consent choices — a random identifier, the choice, its time and language — to be able to prove them. For anything else, contact Dlubal Software GmbH via the contacts in the privacy policy.
